Say you introduce an executive coach who needs a new website. She gets her free audit, likes the plan, and books a $4,000 website build, paid half up front and half at launch.
After her third retainer payment, the reward is complete. If she stops partway through, you earn on what she actually paid.

Do I get paid just for making an introduction?
No. The reward is earned only after the business you referred becomes a client and pays. You get 10% of what they actually pay on their first project, credited as each payment comes in. If they never sign or never pay, there is no reward, but they still get their free AI visibility audit.
How is the 10% calculated?
It is 10% of what the referred client pays on their first project. If they pay in installments, your 10% follows each payment. If they also sign a monthly retainer, you get 10% of each of their first three monthly payments too.
Do I get credit or cash?
If you are a Finlay Systems client, the reward is applied as credit toward your next invoice. If you are not a client, it is paid in cash once the referred client's payment clears.
Does the business I refer have to be in real estate?
No. Real estate is the specialty, but coaches, consultants, agencies, and other service businesses are a great fit too, especially if they need a new website that shows up in Google and AI search, or want to cut down on manual admin work.
What is the free AI visibility audit?
A short review of the business's current website and online presence. It covers how the site shows up in Google and in AI search tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity, which SEO and schema basics are missing, and what three competitors are doing better. If they do not have a site yet, the audit focuses on competitors and what the new site needs.
Does the person I refer pay more because of the referral?
No. They pay the same price as anyone else. The reward comes out of the project, not their pocket.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No limit. Every referral that becomes a paying client earns the same reward.
Do credits expire?
Credits are good for 12 months from the date they are earned.
Are there any exceptions?
The reward applies to new clients only. If the business is already a client or is already talking with Finlay Systems, it does not qualify. If two people refer the same business, the first introduction counts.
